We want you to love your new organic sleep experience, which is why we offer a 365-night sleep trial on our mattresses and a 100-night trial on bedding. If you are not completely satisfied, we will help you arrange a return and provide a full refund of your purchase price.

Return Process

  Sleep on It

  To allow your body to adjust to the new support of an organic mattress, we require a minimum 30-day break-in period before initiating a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  If you still feel the mattress isn't the right fit after 30 days, contact our support team via our online portal to start the return process within your trial period.

  Schedule a Pickup

  We don't want you to worry about shipping; we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no cost to you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed by our partner, we will process a full refund to your original payment method, typically appearing within 7-10 business days.
